FAQs

  • Being an "Independent" is actually very powerful for our city and the interests of the community.

If the BC Conservatives lack a majority, independents would hold significant power as key decision-makers and if needed, could swing the B.C. Conservatives into a majority.

Our support could determine whether the Conservatives can form a government, giving us, the independents leverage to negotiate favorable policies or concessions.

Additionally, independents could play a crucial role in balancing both the far right and far left by taking a more measured approach, based on the specific needs of their communities.

This positions us as influential players, shaping key legislative decisions.

  • In Kelowna-Mission, voters who feel unrepresented by the far left or far right are drawn to me, as I’m from Kelowna and represent a broad range of voters. Interestingly, many disenfranchised NDP voters, frustrated with David Eby's NDP, are now supporting me, and we’re capturing about 50% of their votes. We’re also appealing to some Conservative voters who prefer a local candidate, while the current BC Conservative candidate is not from Kelowna. Data shows we have a strong advantage over the other two parties.

  • Estimated voter turnout: 22,000

    Number of candidates: 3

    We will need 7,334 votes

We have the data and we are confident we are on the path to winning.
